A measure only becomes a measure once someone completes it by a date. That is why measures in SCMC carry a deadline and a responsible person, reminders go out by email, and the new "My Tasks" area shows everyone what is assigned to them.
Deadlines and owners
Every measure carries a deadline and a responsible person, and so does its validation, with a deadline and an owner of its own. The measure card shows who implements what by when, and who checks it afterwards.
Reminders by email
For a measure you set a reminder for a point in time. It is then sent by email to the recipients you choose, with a link straight to the measure.
My Tasks
The "My Tasks" area of a project collects, across all assessments, everything that is assigned to you: measures and validations you are responsible for, and reminders addressed to you. Sorted by deadline, overdue items marked, and one click takes you straight to the measure card.
